Ingredients : Broth (beef, water, carrot, leek, turnip, salt, pepper, thyme, laurel, rosemary, clove, juniper), aligoté white wine, Tuber melanosporum truffles 6.2%, truffled cognac 5.7%, shallot, flour, sunflower oil.
