Ingredients:
15 eggs
70g of minced truffles
50cl of cream
Descriptions:
- Break the eggs the day before and mix them with 50g of truffles.
- Add some salt and pepper.
- When you are preparing your omelet, boil the cream and add the remaining 20g of truffle.
- Let infuse just a moment.
- Cook the omelet and put the truffle cream.
