Fragrances of red fruit (cherries, blackcurrant), and with age, fur.They go perfectly with duck cutlets, roast beef, fricassee of rabbit, and cheeses like reblochon or brie. Drink at room temperature when the wine is at least 7years old.

Elegant. Its sweetness dominates, held up by discrete tannins. This fleshy wine is very aromatic, with fragrances of cherries, strawberries, and undergrowth.The wine flatters red meats (grilled or with sauce) and all fine cheeses.They always hold their own with the "grands". If you can, serve them in a carafe.They keep for 5 years or more.

A tannic wine, robust and solid, with an intense dark colour.Its aromas are powerful and complex : cherries, blackcurrant, truffles and often spices.These strong and robust wines go well with red wine sauces, marinated or roasted game, roasted or grilled strong red meats and goat cheese.

Elegant, fine, and moderately coloured.Voluminous aromas of raspberry, candied strawberries and violets.Serve them with terrines, filets mignons, with all white meats (roasted or with sauce) and not too strong cheeses.Fruity in their youth, they will refine with age.
BOURGOGNE - 1,8 ha -
Located at the limit of the Vosne Romanée appellations, its vinification is identical to that of the "crus".It can be drunk when 3 years old. It is slightly tannic, which ensures good aging.
- Bourgogne rouge Pinot Noir
They are drunk between 2-5 years.They have the flavours of Burgundy pinot noir.Slightly tannic, they can accompany meats and cheeses.
- Bourgogne Grand Ordinaire Chardonnay Magnatum
Made from the Chardonnay variety, this is a very elegant wine, pleasant for the appetizers, saussage, and fish. The winyard is 80 years old and give very complexe wines with flavor of exotics fruits. Wine ready to drink young but it's possible to keep 3 years.
